ArabyCRM is an Arabic-first CRM and invoicing app for small businesses. Manage customers, send professional invoices and quotes, schedule reminders, and work seamlessly in Arabic or English. Welcome to ArabyCRM 1. Manage all your customers in one place. 2. Create and send invoices and quotes that look professional. 3. Set reminders so you never miss a payment or follow-up. 4. Collaborate with your team and track work with projects and tasks. Tip: Everything works in both Arabic (right-to-left) and English — switch anytime from the top bar.

Set up your workspace (first sign-in)

The first time you sign in as the workspace owner, a quick setup wizard helps you get ready in under a minute. Set up your workspace (first sign-in) 1. Enter your business name — it appears on every invoice and quote. 2. Choose your workspace language (Arabic or English), timezone, and date format. 3. Upload your logo so your documents look professional. 4. Finish — you'll land on your dashboard, ready to add your first customer. Tip: You can change any of these later under Settings → Branding.

Use the Getting Started guide

A floating “Getting started” button shows your setup progress and guides you to the first high-impact actions. Use the Getting Started guide 1. Click the Getting started button (bottom corner of the app). 2. Open any step and press Show me to jump straight to the feature. 3. Steps check off automatically as you complete them. 4. Dismiss the guide anytime — it won't nag you once you're set up. Tip: The guide is per-user, so every teammate gets their own quick start.

Find your way around the dashboard

The sidebar holds your CRM modules; the top bar holds search, notifications, language, theme, and your account. Find your way around the dashboard 1. Use the sidebar to open Customers, Invoices, Quotes, and more. 2. Use the top bar to switch language, toggle light/dark theme, and open notifications. 3. Click your avatar to reach your profile and account settings. Tip: On mobile, tap the menu icon to open the sidebar.
