Build a catalog of what you sell so invoicing is fast. Add products and services (items) 1. Open Items and click New item. 2. Enter a name, price, and (optionally) a description. 3. Save — the item is now available on invoices and quotes. Tip: A good item catalog turns invoicing into a few clicks.

Reuse catalog items to fill documents instantly. Use items on invoices and quotes 1. While creating an invoice or quote, start adding a line item. 2. Pick an existing item to auto-fill its name and price. 3. Adjust the quantity or price for this document if needed. Tip: You can still type one-off line items that aren't in your catalog.
