When you ask the assistant to create or change something, it never saves right away. It shows you a confirmation card so you can review the details and approve or cancel.
- Ask the assistant to create or update something — a customer, invoice, quote, task, reminder, opportunity, project, item, or note.
- Review the confirmation card — it lists exactly what will be created or changed.
- Click Confirm to save, or Cancel to discard.
- Ask for several things at once and approve them together in one card.
The assistant can do almost anything you can do in the app — except delete. Confirming an action doesn't use an extra credit.
Tip: Records the assistant creates show a “Created via Assistant” badge.
