Meet your AI assistant

The AI assistant is your built-in helper. Ask about your business in plain language and get answers, or ask it to create and update records for you — in Arabic or English. Meet your AI assistant 1. Open Assistant from the sidebar. 2. Ask a question like “Who owes me money?” or “What should I follow up on today?”. 3. Or ask it to do something, like “Add a customer called Acme Corp”. 4. Pick a suggested starter to see what it can do. The assistant only works with your own workspace data, and it can never delete anything. Tip: It replies in whichever language you write in — Arabic or English.

Get things done — and confirm before anything saves

When you ask the assistant to create or change something, it never saves right away. It shows you a confirmation card so you can review the details and approve or cancel. Get things done — and confirm before anything saves 1. Ask the assistant to create or update something — a customer, invoice, quote, task, reminder, opportunity, project, item, or note. 2. Review the confirmation card — it lists exactly what will be created or changed. 3. Click Confirm to save, or Cancel to discard. 4. Ask for several things at once and approve them together in one card. The assistant can do almost anything you can do in the app — except delete. Confirming an action doesn't use an extra credit. Tip: Records the assistant creates show a “Created via Assistant” badge.

Import customers or products with the assistant

Have a list in a spreadsheet? Attach a CSV in the assistant and it imports your customers or products with a safe preview first. 1. In the assistant, click the attach (paperclip) button. Import customers or products with the assistant 2. Choose Import customers or Import products, then pick your CSV file. 3. Review the preview — how many are ready, plus any duplicates, invalid rows, or rows over your plan limit. 4. Click Import to add them. Duplicates are skipped automatically. Bulk import is available to workspace owners and admins, and respects your plan's limits. Tip: Column headings can be in Arabic or English — the assistant matches them for you.

Turn a photo into a customer note

Snap a business card, receipt, or document and let the assistant read it and save the details as a note on the right customer. 1. In the assistant, click attach and choose Analyze an image. Turn a photo into a customer note 2. Pick the photo, then tell the assistant what to do — for example “Save these details for Acme Corp”. 3. The assistant reads the image and proposes a note — review it on the confirmation card. 4. Click Confirm to save the note to that customer. Images are read to draft the note; they aren't stored as files. Keep images under 4 MB. Tip: If it isn't sure which customer, it will ask — just reply with the name.

How AI credits work

The assistant uses a small number of monthly credits, so you always know what you're using. How AI credits work 1. Each question or action you ask uses 1 credit. 2. Reading answers, reviewing suggestions, and confirming an action are free. 3. Your remaining credits show at the top of the Assistant page. 4. Credits refresh at the start of each month and don't roll over. The AI assistant is available on the Starter plan and above. Owners and admins manage it in Settings → AI. Tip: Automatic features that run in the background never use your credits.
