Already have a customer list? Bring it in with a CSV import and a safe dry-run preview.

Import customers from a CSV file

  1. Open Customers and choose Import.
  2. Upload your CSV file (name, email, phone, company columns).
  3. Review the preview — ArabyCRM shows exactly what will be added and flags duplicates.
  4. Confirm to import. Existing customers are skipped to avoid duplicates.

Tip: Imports respect your plan's customer limit, so you always stay within your plan.
