Add your first customer

Customers are the heart of ArabyCRM. Add them once and reuse them on invoices, quotes, reminders, and more. 1. Open Customers from the sidebar. Add your first customer 2. Click Add customer. Add your first customer 3. Enter the name (required), plus email, phone, and company if you have them. 4. Save — your customer is now ready to use across the app. Add your first customer Tip: Add an email and phone now so you can send invoices and reminders later without retyping.

Edit or remove a customer

Keep customer details current, or remove records you no longer need. Edit or remove a customer 1. Open Customers and click the customer you want. 2. Click Edit to update their details, then Save. 3. To remove a customer, use the Delete action on their page. Deleting a customer does not delete invoices already issued to them. Tip: Search by name, email, or company to find anyone quickly.

Import customers from a CSV file

Already have a customer list? Bring it in with a CSV import and a safe dry-run preview. Import customers from a CSV file 1. Open Customers and choose Import. 2. Upload your CSV file (name, email, phone, company columns). 3. Review the preview — ArabyCRM shows exactly what will be added and flags duplicates. 4. Confirm to import. Existing customers are skipped to avoid duplicates. Tip: Imports respect your plan's customer limit, so you always stay within your plan.
